Barcelona legend, Gerard Pique has now given his opinion on Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe playing in the La Liga, with the forward heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer.
Pique said it would be good for La Liga if a player like Mbappe plays in the Spanish League.
Mbappe’s future with PSG is currently uncertain as he has already expressed his desire not to renew his contract with the club.
PSG recently dropped Mbappe from the team’s squad for their pre-season tour to Japan.
“I believe that the best players always have to play in La Liga, this happened a few years ago and now, whatever the situation, it is becoming more complicated,” Pique told Eldes Marque.
“After all, I think it is good for the product and now that I look at it from the outside, whatever God wants, I don’t care much, but if I have to think about La Liga, I am sure they would be delighted that Mbappé played in the Spanish league.”
